You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.*
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return or exchange an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and provide proof of purchase via order number. Your order number can be found on the purchase confirmation email.
*There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts.
Closeout Items are ineligible for refunds & returns.
All items are fully inspected prior to shipping by the 1) manufacturer, 2) the wholesaler, 3) screen printing/embroidery agency and 4) our packing department for defects or damages.
Eat Lightning Clothing will pay for exchange shipping in the event of sizing issues. After exchange approval, we will exchange the product initially purchased provided the garment is not damaged or show signs of wear. We reserve the right to change this policy at any point.
If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
